About me
I am a cybersecurity professional looking to make a transition from an outside field.
I recently earned my CompTIA Security+, Network+, CySA+, and do hands on cyber security trainings online.
All my professional experience has been in education, I am excited and driven to excel as I transition into cybersecurity.
As an academic advisor, I currently track and analyze 500+ students and their milestones. I use SAP Business Objects data and Microsoft Excel to analyze large sets of data to create plans for students, analyze progress, and report forecasts of graduation rates.
I am a team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. I have over 15 years of customer service experience through advising and teaching. I possess strong written and verbal communication skills. I am self-motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy engaging in self-study to enhance my skillset.
